SOWN Appointed to Oversee Sales and Marketing for Shared Ownership Units at Sterling Gardens in Newbury

SOWN has been instructed by Funding Affordable Homes to oversee the sales and marketing for shared ownership homes at the new Sterling Gardens development in Newbury, providing much-needed affordable housing in the region.

Thirty shared ownership homes are available, including both one and two bedroom properties. Prices start from £62,500 for a 25% share in a one-bedroom apartment and £81,250 for a 25% share in a two-bedroom apartment. First-time buyers who meet the shared ownership eligibility criteria are invited to apply.

Sterling Gardens is already becoming a thriving community, with the development conveniently located within walking distance of Newbury train station and including secure undercroft parking for residents. The superb ‘London-style’ communal grounds provide a central point for this vibrant new community. Newbury’s extensive network of public footpaths and proximity to the North Wessex Downs and Chiltern Hills offers residents easy access to natural beauty and outdoor activities.
